Sexual Abuse Of Children
We Will Fight To Keep You Off The Sex Offender Registry
The Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act (SORNA) Changes Everything
If you have been charged with a sexual offense, you will be fighting against several key factors. The criminal charges themselves are serious and you may be facing a lengthy prison sentence. Just as important, you will also be fighting SORNA or Megan’s Law, requiring you to register on Pennsylvania’s sex offender registry.
The Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act has made it mandatory for certain sex offenders to register their names and addresses for at least 15 years and possibly for life. In many ways, the sex offender registry is a harsher punishment than the actual jail sentence.

“The key to defending sex offenses is to ensure that you talk with an attorney before talking with the police. Early intervention is critical. As soon as you think you are under investigation for a sex crime, it is critical to seek a free consultation with me.” — Attorney Stephen Misko
