STEPHEN MISKO: Whether it be a forged prescription, that's a prescription where some form is altered to seek medication. There's also other drug violations. There's possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of controlled substances. It could be anything from methamphetamine to heroin to cocaine to marijuana.
Having an attorney that's experienced in both federal and state court is a great advantage to you. The sentencing guidelines in the federal court are much more harsh than they are in state court.
